So you have some left over rice from last night? here is a perfect fried rice recipe that you can make with it.
We are making Chicken Fried Rice but the beauty of this recipe is if don't have meat just add one more egg to the recipe to make it an egg fried rice or if you a vegan replace the meat and egg with more veggies.

Boiled Rice | 250 g | 1/4 cup |

Preparation :
Pre prep needs:
Rice -
Add 1/2 cup of basmati rice and 1 1/4 water and let it boil upto 90 % in a saucepan. Once boiled set it aside for it to fully cool down completely.
Chicken -
To the chopped chicken add 1 tbsp of ginger and garlic, 1/2 tbsp of the one curry masala and let it marinade for 15 mins
The FRY:
