Spice level - mild

Ingredients:

tsp - teaspoon

tbsp - tablespoon

1 full chicken breast

sliced into stir fry cuts

200 g

 

Plain un flavored Greek yogurt 40g 2 tbsp

THE ONE CURRY masala

15g 1 tbsp

Onion

70 g usually 1/2 onion

Celery

40 g 1/4 cup

Garlic

grated/blended

15 g 1 tbsp.

Ginger

grated/blended

 15 g 1 tbsp.

Raisins

15 g 2 tbsp
Oil 30 ml 2 tbsp.
Sliced Almonds 30g 2 tbsp
Cilanto 5g 1/4 cup
Salt 15 g  1 tbsp

 

Smoke the Chicken:

  1. Butterfly cut the chicken breast and make stir fry cuts
  2. In a bowl add 2 tbsp yogurt + ginger/garlic paste + 1tsp salt + 1 tbsp of THE ONE CURRY + a squeeze of lemon
  3. Mix the chicken well in the marinade for 10 mins
  4. Heat a pan with a 2 tbsp oil and shallow fry them 5-7 mins on each side till you see some nice charring
  5. Transfer the smoked chicken in a bowl

Curried Mayo:

  1. Add 3 tbsp of your fav mayonese in a bowl
  2. In the same pan add 2 tbsp oil and add a 1 chopped garlic and a ginger of same size and slow fry them for a  minute without buring.
  3. Add 1/2 tbsp of THE ONE CURRY to the oil and let it bloom for at least 1 minute.
  4. Now drain the infused oil to the Mayo bowl and give it a nice mix. Your curried mayo is ready

Salad:

  1. In a bowl add 1/2 chopped onion + Celery + Raisins + Almond + Smoked Chicken + Cilantro + 2 tbsp of the Curried Mayo and give it all a nice mix
  2. Your Smoked Chicken Salad is ready

Sandwich:

  1. Add some butter and or the left over mayo on the bread and toast it. In the video we used Jalapeno Sour bread.
  2. Once toasted top it off with the salad, lettuce, tomato and some cheese if you like it and Enjoy!!
