Quick and easy Zaatar Salmon Steak
Literally you can make this healthy dinner in 15 mins. Salmon is rich in Omega 3 and Zaatar is known to have lot of health benefits too. So enjoy this nutritious home cooked meal without any guilt!

Ingredients:

| Salmon fillets |
250 g or about 2 in numbers |

Time to Thyme Zaatar Seasoning |
2 tbsp. |
| Salt | 1/4 tbsp. |
| Garlic | 2 cloves |
| Oil | 3 tbsp. |

Butter |
1 tbsp. |
Prep:
Season the Salmon Fillets with the skin generously with Zaatar and salt as per liking on all the sides and let it rest for 10 mins.
Give the garlic a quick smack on the head.
Fry:
- Heat a pan and add 3 tbsp of your favorite oil
- Now add the seasoned salmon skin side down and let it fry for 30 seconds till the sizzle subsides (don't let it stick to the pan).
- Quickly flip the salmon and fry the other side for 30 seconds till you get a nice sear on both sides.
- Once see a nice sear reduce the flame and fry both the sides till it changes color evenly about 1-2 minutes.
- Add your garlic and butter and baste the salmon on all sides.
- Let it set aside for a minute and lightly season again with more zaatar.
Enjoy with some sauteed or boiled veggies or salad.
