THE ONE CURRY Masala Blend |
3/4 tbsp |
| Vegetable Stock | 1 Cup |
| Salt | 1/4 tbsp |
| Cilantro Chopped | 1/4 cup |
Soup Base
- Heat a pan on medium flame and add Oil
- Add the onion, ginger , garlic and sauté for 3 mins
- Add the Cabbage, tomatoes, apple, cashews and sauté for 3 mins
- Add 3/4 tbsp. of THE ONE CURRY Masala
- Add 1/4 tbsp of salt
- Add 1/4 cup of All purpose flour
- Add 1 cup vegetable stock,1/2 cup water and let it all come to a boil
Simmering:
- Close the lid and let the mix simmer for 10 minutes until everything becomes nice and soft
- Add a squeeze of lemon if you like it sour
Blend:
- Now turn off the stove and let the mix cool down
- Blend the mix using a hand or in a regular blender
- Sift it if you like a smoother soup
- Garnish with some table cream and enjoy
