Cabbage chopped 300 g 2 1/2 cup
Tomato sliced 1 1/2 medium sized or 1 cup
Ginger chopped 1/2 tbsp

1/2 tbsp

All purpose flour

1/4 cup


1/4 cup

Apple Chopped

1/4 cup

Oil  3 tbsp


Masala Blend

3/4 tbsp
Vegetable Stock 1 Cup
Salt 1/4 tbsp
Cilantro Chopped 1/4 cup


Soup Base

  1.  Heat a pan on medium flame and add Oil
  2.  Add the onion, ginger , garlic and sauté for 3 mins
  3.  Add the Cabbage, tomatoes, apple, cashews and sauté for 3 mins
  4. Add 3/4 tbsp. of THE ONE CURRY Masala
  5. Add 1/4 tbsp of salt
  6. Add 1/4 cup of All purpose flour
  7. Add 1 cup vegetable stock,1/2 cup water and let it all come to a boil


  1. Close the lid and let the mix simmer for 10 minutes until  everything becomes nice and soft
  2.  Add a squeeze of lemon if you like it sour


  1. Now turn off the stove and let the mix cool down
  2. Blend the mix using a hand or in a regular blender
  3. Sift it if you like a smoother soup
  4. Garnish with some table cream and enjoy
