Pestle & Pods is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and sales-driven Bilingual Brand & Sales Ambassador to represent our growing Canadian wellness brand at one of the National Capital Region's premier holiday shopping events, hosted at the beautiful Canadian Museum of History.

Over four exciting days, you'll meet thousands of visitors searching for thoughtful gifts and delicious wellness products. Your mission is simple: create memorable customer experiences and confidently turn conversations into sales.

🌟 What You'll Do

• Welcome visitors with a warm smile and create a fun, festive shopping experience.
• Proactively start conversations with shoppers and invite them to discover our products.
• Drive sales by confidently recommending products, overcoming questions, and helping customers make a purchase.
• Explain our products in both French and English, highlighting their ingredients, benefits, and what makes them special.
• Build genuine connections that lead to happy customers and successful sales.
• Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Keep the booth clean, organized, and beautifully presented throughout the event.
• Work together with the team to achieve daily sales goals.
• Assist with booth setup before the event and teardown afterward.

💚 We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is fluent in both French and English.
• Loves selling and enjoys turning conversations into sales.
• Has previous experience in retail, markets, hospitality, promotions, or customer-facing sales (preferred).
• Is confident approaching shoppers and starting conversations.
• Is energetic, friendly, professional, and dependable.
• Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Can stand for extended periods throughout the event.
• Can commit to all four event days.
• Is legally eligible to work in Canada.

• Have experience at farmers' markets, holiday markets, festivals, or trade shows.
• Have sold food, beverage, or wellness products.
• Enjoy healthy living and are excited to represent a premium Canadian brand.
• Love working toward and exceeding sales goals.
